Cotswolds splendor

JUST in from the Severn the land starts to rise to form the Cotswolds.  Around Uley, east of Dursley, the limestone hills support beautiful, ancient woodland and rich grassland.

Unusually the grassland is awash with bluebells right now, with red campion dotted throughout.

  1. Beautiful shots of the Bluebells, they look as if they're at their best, it's a wonderful time of the year and my favourite season.

  2. Thanks - it was amazing but tricky to capture in a photo well.
